Wade Wingfield

Founder, Builder

Wade Wingfield enjoys building homes for people and their families. Over 25 years of experience has given him the opportunity to be involved in nearly every aspect of new home construction, from creating a design from a blank sheet of paper to completing the most nuanced detail of interior finish out. Wade has assembled a team of creative and capable designers, sales associates and construction professionals to assist in every step of the process of designing and building a new home. When not at work Wade enjoys spending time with his family cooking, playing music and being outdoors.

Frank Gonzales

Design & Construction Manager

Frank Gonzales relies on his 20 years plus experience in design and construction management to help families realize their dream – a new home built just for them. Under Frank’s direction, homes are built with the individual customer’s vision in mind. His extensive background in custom home building allows him to understand clients and their needs and wishes. Frank understands that each home and homeowner is unique with unique goals. On fall weekends you are almost guaranteed to find Frank wandering around the highlands of northern New Mexico guiding trekkers.

Dave Kaminski

Interior Designer / Sales

Dave has over 25-years of experience working in new construction and interior design. He loves to assist his clients with the process of obtaining their dream home – from site selection, floor plan creation and interior design selections, all the way through to handing his clients the keys to their new custom home!
